FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 77 (Act 2022-113) as enacted could increase the obligations of state agencies and institutions by a small undetermined amount dependent upon the difference in the cost of a United States flag or Alabama flag manufactured in the United States of America purchased by these entities and the cost of flags manufactured outside of the United States of America otherwise purchased by these state entities.
