FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 385 (Act 2022-300) as enacted would exempt homeless students from paying certain issuance fees for a driver’s license ($36.25), duplicate license ($15), or the driver’s license examination ($5), which would decrease receipts to the following funds by the following estimated maximum amounts, based on the total number of homeless students enrolled in public schools as provided in the table below:
