FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 119 (Act 2022-431) as enacted would increase the administrative obligations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (ABC) to adopt rules by January 1, 2023 regarding allowing certain ABC-licensed retailers to sell beer, table wine, or liquor through a “drive-up” window or curbside, as provided by this act.
