FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 382 (Act 2022-346) as enacted could decrease receipts to the State General Fund and the Education Trust Fund by an undetermined amount dependent on the amount of gross proceeds of purchases of travel trailers, campers, and housecars that are exempt from the payment of the state 2% sales tax pursuant to the current drive-out provisions provided by state law.
