FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 321 (Act 2022-372) as enacted could increase business license fee collections to municipalities by an undetermined amount dependent on the additional amount of business license fees collected by a municipality from businesses located in other jurisdictions that provide lease or rental services in the municipality.
