FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 141 (Act 2022-92) as enacted could reduce potential receipts to various professional licensing boards by an undetermined amount dependent on the amount of fees waived for spouses of employees of the U.S. Department of Justice and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration that seek reciprocal licensure pursuant to the provisions of this act.
