FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 95 (Act 2022-71) as enacted provides for the continuance of the Alabama Sickle Cell Oversight and Regulatory Commission until October 1, 2026 pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law. This act will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
