FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 198 (Act 2022-131) as enacted could increase the obligations of the State General Fund by approximately $86 for each day a registrar works due to a reallocation of working days, as provided by the provisions of this act, that otherwise would have been unused, up to the maximum annual number of workings days currently provided by law.
This act could further increase the obligations of the State General Fund by an undetermined amount dependent upon any additional mileage, travel, or other expenses reimbursed to the board due to the reallocation of working days provided by this act.
