FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 140 (Act 2022-203) as enacted appropriates $13,151,435 from the Education Trust Fund to Tuskegee University for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023. In addition, this bill requires at least $2,000,000 of this appropriation to be expended for the agricultural research and extension service state match.
