FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 94 (Act 2022-361) as enacted extends the Alabama Commission on Tick Borne Illness through September 30, 2025 and allow for retroactive application. The Commission has been appropriated $75,000 from the Education Trust Fund (ETF) each fiscal year from 2018 to 2022. Act 2022-393, the ETF appropriation act for Fiscal Year 2023, also includes an appropriation of $75,000.
