FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 31 as amended and reported by the Committee on Ways and Means Education could increase the personnel costs of state agencies by an undetermined amount dependent upon the number of state employees who adopt a child and would have exhausted all available leave but are able to remain on payroll as a result of receiving donated annual leave, compensatory leave or sick leave as provided by this bill.
