FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 12 as passed the House of Representatives will decrease sales and use tax receipts to the Education Trust Fund and local funds by a small, undetermined amount by exempting the Black Belt Regional Child Advocacy Center from paying state, county, and municipal sales and use taxes until September 30, 2026.
