FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 335 as introduced would increase the administrative obligations of the Class 3 municipal governing bodies that (1) adopt ordinances establishing Blight Review Boards to address nuisance complaints and make recommendations to the respective municipal governing body; and (2) to provide all complaints and findings submitted to the Class 3 municipal governing body to the Board for review.
