Senate Bill 2 as passed the Senate would prohibit the state and any political subdivisions, of the state, including, agents, or employees of the state or its political subdivisions, from allocating public funds to enforce certain federal gun control order with certain exceptions.

This bill could increase the administrative obligations of the Office of Attorney General or district attorneys to initiate a civil action for violations of the provisions of this bill.
