FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 31 as passed the Senate could increase the personnel costs of state agencies by an undetermined amount dependent upon the number of state employees who adopt a child and would have exhausted all available leave but are able to remain on payroll as a result of receiving donated annual leave, compensatory leave or sick leave as provided by this bill.
