FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 232 as passed the Senate would increase the administrative obligations of the Board of Pardons and Paroles (Board), by an undetermined amount, depending on the number of defendants charged with Class A or Class B violent felony offenses ordered by a judge to supervision by the Board, as a condition of bond, pursuant to the provisions of this bill.
