FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 265 as introduced provides for an additional Level III deputy district attorney in the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Bessemer Division, which will increase the financial obligations of the Jefferson County Commission to provide compensation in an amount ranging from $38,000 to $54,500, annually dependent upon the level and step in which the deputy district attorney is hired.
