FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 238 as passed the House of Representatives could increase the administrative obligations of the circuit clerks of the various counties to post notices of garnishment, which could be offset by the assessment of $15 in additional court costs, as provided by this bill, which shall be deposited into the Circuit Clerk's Judicial Administrative Fund of the respective county in which a case has been filed.
