FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 370 as introduced could increase receipts to the State General Fund, county general funds, and other funds to which court costs are deposited by an undetermined amount dependent upon the number of civil actions filed under the extended statute of limitation for victims of sex offenses as provided for in this bill.
