FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 382 as passed the House of Representatives could decrease receipts to the State General Fund and the Education Trust Fund by an undetermined amount dependent on the gross proceeds of purchases of travel trailers, campers, and housecars that are exempt from the payment of the state 2% sales tax pursuant to the current drive-out provisions provided by state law.
