FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 92 as passed the House of Representatives would reduce the expenditures of the Secretary of State by an estimated $7,500 annually by requiring the Secretary of State to maintain electronically digital copies of all bills, joint resolutions, and memorials rather than: (1) providing 10 printed copies of all bills, joint resolutions, and memorials upon the request of either house of the Legislature, and (2) binding a copy of each and filing the bound and non-bound copies in the office of the Secretary of State, as provided by current law.
