FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 314 as introduced could increase the obligations of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor and the Legislature by an undetermined amount dependent upon if travel and per diem expenses are reimbursed for each meeting of the Alabama Council on Law Enforcement Policy established pursuant to the provisions of this bill within the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
