FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 178 as amended and reported by the Committee on State Government would allow members of the Alabama Athlete Agents Commission to attend meetings virtually which could reduce reimbursement expenses, per diem and travel, of the Commission by an estimated $159 per member for each Commission meeting attended virtually. In addition, this bill allows the public to attend Commission meetings virtually, which is the current practice of the Commission.
