FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 94 as passed the House of Representatives would extend the Alabama Commission on Tick Borne Illness through September 30, 2025 and allow for retroactive application. The Commission has been appropriated $75,000 from the Education Trust Fund (ETF) each fiscal year from 2018 to present. The Governor's Recommended ETF appropriation act for Fiscal Year 2023 also includes an appropriation of $75,000.
