FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 66 as amended and reported by the Committee on Judiciary changes the dissolution date of the Study Commission on Interagency Cooperation and Collaboration on the Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Formerly Incarcerated Individuals from the fifth legislative day of the 2022 Regular Session to the fifth legislative day of the 2023 Regular Session. In addition, this bill limits the payment of expenses of the Commission, that would be paid from appropriation to the Legislature, to $5,000.

In addition, this bill adds a circuit court judge and a district court judge to the Commission which would increase the obligations of the Legislature by an estimated $650 per meeting.
