FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 427 as introduced would increase the administrative obligations of the Department of Conservations and Natural Resources (DCNR) to provide for the regulation of commercial Cervidae hunting preserves. However, this increase in obligations could be offset, wholly or in part, by receipts to the Game and Fish Fund for the $500 annual license fee required for operating a commercial Cervidae hunting preserve, as provided by this bill. This bill also provides for a $2 issuance fee to be collected by the judge of probate in the county where such application is made.
