FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 292 as introduced could reduce potential receipts to state agencies, higher education institutions, and local boards of education by an undetermined amount dependent upon the amount of funding that otherwise would have been awarded to any such entity if not for the prohibition, provided by this bill, of applying for, or accepting, federal or private funding for training, curriculum development, or professional development regarding certain divisive concepts.
