FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 216 as passed the House of Representatives codifies current practice of the Alabama Board of Examiners in Marriage and Family Therapy to license, charge, and collect fees for marriage and family therapy associates, interns, and supervised roles. In fiscal year 2021, the board collected $13,150 in fees for these designations.
