FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 72 as passed the Senate could reduce the advertising and bidding expenditures of city and county boards of education and public educational entities by an undetermined amount, by allowing these boards and entities to purchase goods or services for meals related to the Child Nutrition Program of the Alabama State Department of Education during an emergency affecting health or safety, or causing supply chain disruption, under certain conditions.
