FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 415 as amended and reported by the Committee on County and Municipal Government would exempt individuals engaged in the production of farm products from payment of any license or fee to a county for the sale of farm products produced by the farmer, a member of his or her immediate family, or those employed by the farmer. This bill could decrease receipts to the various counties by an undetermined amount dependent upon the amount of any such licensee fees exempted pursuant to this bill.
