FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 176 as substituted and reported by the Committee on Economic Development and Tourism would revise the penalties that may be levied against Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board restaurant licensees that employ individuals under 21 years of age in violation of this bill to $250 for the first offense, $500 for the second offense, and to $1,000 for every offense thereafter, which may increase potential receipts to the State General Fund by an undetermined amount dependent on any additional penalties levied in amounts greater than what would otherwise have been levied under current law.
