FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 205 as introduced could reduce the expenditures of the Secretary of State's Office, paid from the State General Fund, to transmit sets of the Code of Alabama 1975, replacement volumes, or annual supplements to members of the Legislature by an undetermined amount dependent upon the number of members that decline, every quadrennium by written request submitted to the Secretary of State to receive code sets, annual supplements and replacement volumes.
