FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 414 as introduced could increase the obligations of the statewide 911 Board by an undetermined amount, to provide for the Board to certify public safety telecommunicators and dispatchers prior to providing public safety telecommunication services.

According to the Board, this increase in obligations could be offset by funds set aside from the current monthly statewide 911 charges received by the Board for administrative expenses, as provided by current law.
