House Bill 205 as passed the House of Representatives would exempt a new or used motor vehicle dealer from the requirement to obtain the $5 supplemental license for an off-site sales event, if the dealer is delivering a motor vehicle off-site or selling a motor vehicle to a customer at the customer's home or place of business.
