FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 119 as passed the House of Representatives would increase the administrative obligations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to adopt rules by January 1, 2023 regarding allowing retailers licensed to sell beer or wine for off-premises consumption to sell beer, table wine, or both through a “drive-up” window or similar type of exterior access, as provided by this bill.
As amended and reported by the Committee on Tourism, would also allow liquor to be included in the rules adopted by the Board to allow certain-licensed retailers to sell beer, wine and liquor through a "drive-up" window or similar type of exterior access.
