FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 176 as introduced would revise the penalties that may be levied against Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board licensees that employ individuals under 21 years of age in violation of this bill to $500 for the first offense, $1,000 for the second offense, and to $2,500 for every offense thereafter, which may increase potential receipts to the State General Fund by an undetermined amount dependent on any additional penalties levied in amounts greater than what would otherwise have been levied under current law.
