FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 28 as passed the Senate could increase the obligations of the Alabama National Guard by an undetermined amount dependent upon Congress approving, on or before Fiscal Year 2025, the creation of a U.S. Space National Guard unit in the National Defense Authorization Act.
