FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 159 as introduced could increase the obligations of the Alabama National Guard, by an undetermined amount, dependent upon Congress approving, on or before Fiscal Year 2025, the creation of a U.S. Space National Guard unit in the National Defense Authorization Act.
