FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 232 as introduced would increase the administrative obligations of the Board of Pardons and Paroles (Board), by an undetermined amount, depending on the number of Class A and Class B violent offenders assigned by a judge to a parole officer of the Board, as a condition of bond, pursuant to the provisions of this bill.
