FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 321 as introduced could decrease receipts to the State General Fund and the Education Trust Fund by an undetermined amount dependent on if, and how many, purchases of travel trailers an housecars are exempt from the payment of sales tax pursuant to the current drive-out provisions provided by state law.
