FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 198 as introduced would authorize the quorum of a board of registrars of a county, subject to the written consent of the county commission, to reallocate unused working days from one registrar to another. This would decrease annual savings to the State General Fund and county general funds from salary expenses by an undetermined amount dependent upon the number of unused working days that would now be reallocated from one registrar to another registrar.
