FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 313 as introduced (1) authorizes the Alabama Board of Chiropractic Examiners to purchase real property to be used by the board to carry out its responsibilities with board funds and (2) provides that any debts, obligations, or liabilities incurred through the purchase of such property is the sole responsibility of the Board. This bill will not otherwise directly affect state or local funding.
