FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 156 as introduced would increase the administrative and financial obligations of the Alabama Department of Human Resources by an undetermined amount by mandating the Department to require custodial and non-custodial parents receiving food assistance benefits to comply with child support orders and child support enforcement program as a condition of eligibility for food assistance.
