FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 95 as amended and reported by the Committee on Judiciary could delay collection of certain court costs from former inmates by 180 days after release from custody and requires former inmates to enter into a repayment plan with the jurisdiction or jurisdictions in which he or she has financial obligations within 30 days or releases. This bill will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
