FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 83 as introduced would increase the administrative obligations of the Alabama Department of Transportation to implement and administer the Alabama Airport Economic and Infrastructure Program which would make available grants to general aviation and commercial services airports, presumably from federal funds, for the purpose of funding improvements, paying debt service for improvements and funding efforts to grow and expand commercial aviation service in the State.
