FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 100 as introduced would require the Alabama Women's Hall of Fame (AWHOF) to enter into an agreement with a public or private institution to provide a physical location for the AWHOF, which would increase the obligations of the AWHOF; however, the Governor's Recommended Education Trust Fund budget for Fiscal Year 2023 includes a $10,000 earmark and the University of West Alabama for the AWHOF.
