FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 119 as introduced would increase the administrative obligations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to adopt rules by January 1, 2023 regarding allowing retailers licensed to sell beer or wine for off-premises consumption to sell beer, table wine, or both through a “drive-up” window or similar type of exterior access, as provided by this bill.
