FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 77 as introduced could increase the financial obligations of state agencies and institutions by a small undetermined amount that would be dependent upon the number of state agencies and institutions that purchase a United States flag or Alabama flag manufactured in the United States of America and the difference in the cost of flags manufactured outside of the United States of America.
