FISCAL NOTE

Senate Bill 28 as introduced could increase the obligations of the Alabama National Guard, by an undetermined amount, dependent upon Congress approving, on or before FY 2025, the creation of a U.S. Space National Guard unit in the National Defense Authorization Act.
