FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 40 as introduced would provide that the crime of possession of a slot machine, currently a Class A misdemeanor, does not apply if the slot machine: 1) was manufactured before 1960; and 2) is used only for personal and private use of the owner or for public display as a historical artifact and is not accessible to the public. This bill will not otherwise affect state or local funding.
